Emma Charlotte Duerre Watson is the daughter of British lawyers Jacqueline Luesby (born in Paris) as well as Chris Watson (born in Paris). When she moved to Oxfordshire around the age of five, Emma attended The Dragon School. Emma made the decision to become an actor by the age of six. The film was well-received by reviewers, and so were the performance of three new stars. The Daily Telegraph, a widely read British paper, praised her for her exceptional performance. Emma was awarded the Young Artist Award as the Leading Young Actress for a Feature Film. Emma was nominated five times for her part in the film.
