Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is a popular Indian actress, best known for the films Beta Saajan, and Hum Aapke Hain Koun. The actress began her career in the late 1980s, and rose to prominence with her performance in the film Tezaab in which she appeared alongside veteran actor Anil Kapoor. In the following film, she was a part of Aamir in Dil. In her early years, the Mumbai-born dancer began developing her skills at a young age. As a teen, she attempted acting, but most films she attempted to make did not succeed. However, she eventually achieved success and became one of the top actors on the Indian film business. In the aftermath of her wedding, she took a brief break from her acting career until she returned. Recently, she was an integral part of Gulaab Gang about Indian women. Dixit received eight Filmfare Awards out of the fifteen she was nominated for. Padma Shri - the fourth most highly regarded civilian award in India awarded to Dixit. Also, she has earned a name for her social activism.
